Myloops License Agreement

Please read the terms of the following software licence agreement

before using this software.

The project sources, audio samples, MIDI files and all data included
in this product remain the property of Myloops and / or Myloops
artists and are licensed, not sold, to you for use on your sequencer
environment, sampling and hard disc-recording equipment. Myloops
reserves any other rights not expressly granted to you.
All lending, renting, copying, duplicating, trading or reselling of this
product or its contents (also modified contents) is strictly prohibited.
You also cannot upload or download this product, or any of the files
included in it, to any file database or server. In effect, any such
action is piracy, is therefore illegal, and will be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law.

The right to use enclosed sources and sounds is granted to the

original end-user of the product (Licensee) and is NOT transferable
- this means you cannot sell this product second hand.
What you CAN and CANNOT do with the contents of this product:
1. You can use them to record any type of audio production for
personal or commercial use, for example: making records, remixes,
commercials, jingles, and commissioned pieces, soundtracks for
film, theatre, musicals, computer games and multimedia. You may
modify the sounds.
2. They can NOT be used as part of a sampling product or sold,
directly or modified, as a soundware product.
Licensor will not be responsible if the contents of this product do not
fit the particular purpose of the Licensee. The sounds provided are
licensed "as is" without warranties of any kind. All rights reserved.
Myloops cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect or
consequential loss arising from the use of this product in whatever
form.
