License Agreement

All audio samples, sound files, Kontakt patches, Reason refills, soundfonts, scripting code and any other file
contained in Amazound products are the intellectual property of Amazound and remains his property after the product
is purchased. When buying a product from us you are getting a limited-usage license to use, edit, perform, or
otherwise utilize these products as defined below. By purchasing and downloading products from Amazound you
expressly agree and accept this license agreement and all the terms stated forth.

License Type
All audio samples provided are royalty free. You may use our sound files within your compositions for both
commercial and non-commercial use. The audio samples provided by Amazound are licensed, not sold, to the user
“as is”. You can backup the downloaded files solely for your own use onto your own preferred physical media such as
hard drives, usb drives, DVDs. Unlawful copying, duplicating, selling, renting, lending, hiring, uploading or
downloading in whole or in part to any server, computers, database, news groups, file sharing services or other illicit
distribution of our files is prohibited. Each purchase comes with a single user license, which is non-transferable.

Usage
You may use the sound files in compositions such as, songs, albums, records, remixes, commercials, jingles, demos,
post productions, film and video game soundtracks, theatre, musicals, music libraries, TV and live performances. This
license forbids any re-distribution method of our products, or its sounds in whole or in part, through any means,
including but not limited to, sharing, re-selling, trading, mixing, re-sampling, processing, isolating or embedding into
software, hardware or website of any kind. Our audio samples and sound files may not be used both individually and
in combination with other sound files to produce and fill sample libraries released by similar companies or individuals.
These same terms apply to any demonstration files provided as "demos”. The licensor only grants the sound files to a
single user. Your purchase is non-transferable under the terms of this license agreement. You cannot sell any sound
files second hand nor purchase any Amazound products second hand and use them in your music compositions or
productions.

Limited Liability
The sound files are licensed "as is” without warranties of any kind. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any
direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of any sound files licensed from Amazound in whatever
form. The licensor cannot be held responsible for any and all infringements that may arise from the use of the sound
files within the licensee's musical compositions and productions. Completing the purchase of any Amazound product
or downloading any free sample we provide means acceptance of all the terms contained in this license agreement.

Disclaimer
The sample libraries we sell involve the tasks of recording, sampling, editing and scripting their content. In many of
our libraries we include a dedicated job to get a custom sound design result over the sampled source. In some of our
libraries we use to sample synth patches that are public domain and freely available throughout the net. In those
cases we expressly remark that we don't commercialize those patch files as you can found around, what we sell is a
finished sample library that may include some of those patches to feed the sound source. We do a meticulous
research not to include commercial patches that may be found online.

If you didn't bought this library from Amazound you are not allowed to use it. If this is the case you must ask for a full
refund and notify us at samples@amazound.com

Any reference to the words "our”, "us”, "we” or "Amazound” refer to Sonic Vessel LLC as a company.
