AFFIDAVIT OF WITHDRAWAL
OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, JESUS PEREZ, of legal age and presently residing at 88 Celery Drive,

Valle Verde 5, Pasig City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
depose and say :

That I filed an Affidavit of Adverse Claim before the Registry of Deeds of

Quezon City against property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. RT
43356 (344848) registered in the name of Vicky Perez-Herrera married to
Rodrigo Herrera;

That after a careful evaluation of the fact and circumstances, I decided

now to withdraw said Affidavit of Adverse Claim;

That I executed the foregoing Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts.
