destroying/removing a portion of the fence built within the titled property
of the Complainant which is located at ___________ and also removed the
signage “NO TRESPASSING” without the consent of the complainant.

That we are executing this affidavit to prove the crime committed

and to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
