Introduction:

Energy is the vital input for day-to-day processes. As the human population explodes and residential,
commercial and industrial development becomes exponential, there is a sudden amplification in the
requirement of energy. To meet this demand, as more and more fossil fuels are burnt and more
buildings emit harmful gases, our Mother Nature is suffering from serious ailments like pollution,
deforestation and ecological imbalance. Thus, becoming Energy-efficient is the need of the hour to
protect our environment and that can be achieved by turning to Greener resources and proper
awareness. We bring you an opportunity to play your part in spreading this awareness in a large mass,
young and old alike, through a graphic portrayal.

Rules

1) The Competition is open for all.

2) One has to make the poster based on one of the following topics: a. "MAKE IN INDIA" b.
"SWACHH BHARAT" c. "SMART CITY"
3) Scan your poster and mail it to us at eccetb@gmail.com with “Poster Making” in the subject line.
Do mention your Name, Reg. No., Branch and Year. or Handmade (hard copy) can be deposited
at Energy Club (Laboratory Building) in an envelope addressed to “Poster Making, Energy Club”
4) Each poster would be judged by the Jury.
5) Posters would be assessed for the following criteria: a. Creativity b. Originality c. Message being
passed
6) The decision of the co-ordinators, in case of any discrepancy, shall be final.
7) Good entries will be put on display. Submission Deadline will be notified. Note: One needs to
submit either the softcopy or hardcopy.
