About myself :
Myself Aniket Gajanan Salunkhe, I am 24 year old. I am BMS graduate & pursuing MMS
from Viva institute of management & Research,
About my family, there are 3 members in my family. My Mother is a homemaker and my elder
brother is Working in ICICI Bank, I am youngest in my family.
I have 2 years Experience in HR Consultancy & 6 months in Marketing.
My Strength are I am adaptive, quick learner and perform well in a pressure situation.
I like to spend time with my friend.

Why I joined DLLE?
Personally, I have always been a strong believer in adding value to myself by way of
knowledge. Through this extension work activity, I have only managed to add to my
knowledge domain. Also, I firmly believe that extra-curricular activities that help you
learn along with college academics is extremely important for the overall
development of an individual’s personality.

DLLE has given me the opportunity to thrive on both these fronts and execute them
both in an appropriate manner. Based on the kind of topics available, there was so
much that was desired to be learnt.

The project has enabled me to gain information on aspects related to Finance and
considering the importance of Finance in today’s Modern World, it is an absolute
essential to have knowledge on it.

The essay writing was yet another part of this project that was extremely informative
and at the same time interesting as it helped me understand the achievements that the
women of this country have accomplished

INTRODUCTION TO CFO :
Chief financial officers (CFOs) help businesses achieve their financial goals. They perform perform
broad business and accounting tasks, including analyzing financial statements, supervising finance
personnel, and developing financial strategies. A bachelor's degree is generally the minimum
requirement though master's degrees are common.
Chief financial officers monitor and work to improve the financial status of a business. While the
requirements of becoming a CFO may vary depending on the organization hiring, most candidates
will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a discipline such as business administration or
economics as well as at least a few years of experience working in a related position.

Qualification Required to become CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

PREFERED PH.D(FINANCE), MBA / MMS (FINANCE), CHARTHERED ACCOUNTANT,
M.COM IN VARIOUS FINANCIAL FIELD, M.SC FINANCE, MBE, CFA, ICWA etc.

Experience Required : 10 years to 30 Years of Working Years

1. Job Duties & Responsibilities of a Chief Financial Officer

Chief financial officers manage the overall financial risks of a business. They supervise the
compilation and preparation of financial statements and reports, develop and pursue positive
business ventures, watch over mergers and acquisitions, develop strategies for internal growth and
effectively manage the revenue of the corporation. The CFO works in close cooperation with
the chief executive officer (CEO) to create plans and opportunities for the maximum benefit of the
organization.
The position of CFO requires strong self-discipline and managerial skills, as well as an equally
strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation. CFOs must set appropriate goals for an organization and
oversee the action required to complete them successfully. They must likewise build and maintain
productive business relationships in order to achieve a unified vision that ensures everyone within
the organization remains committed to the company's course of action.
