Dominó de las sílabas m,p,t

Materials: set of syllables dominoes

Group Size: 2 – 4 students

Directions:

• Duplicate a set of dominoes on cardstock. Laminate and cut apart.

• Shuffle the dominoes and pass out to players, equally. Any

remaining dominoes will be placed to the side and used as a “bone
pile.”

• Player #1 is the player with the smallest foot. He places one

domino face up on the table.

• Player #2 now places one of his dominoes at either end of the

domino on the table, making sure that he matches a picture to a
sílaba or a sílaba to a picture. (ie: If one end of the domino on the
table has the picture of a dog and the player has a domino with the
sílaba pe, he places it with the picture.)

• Play continues in this manner until all dominoes have been played.
If any player is unable to play one of his dominoes, he should draw
a domino from the “bone pile.” If no dominoes are in the “bone
pile,” the turn is over.
