A Queen’s Dream

Once upon a time there was a Queen named Jenna, who had 4 sons. Mason was the oldest, he was 15
years old, and he had brown hair, and loved playing soccer. After Mason, came Allen, who was 13 years
old, had blonde hair, and loved to dance. After Allen, the Queen had Jake. He was 10 years old, had red
hair, and loved to play basketball. The youngest child was named after her husband, and his name was
Michael. He was 8 years old, had black hair and loved playing chess. Queen Jenna loved all her sons very
much, but having only sons made her dream of having a daughter.

One day, she was walking around her Kingdom and saw the prettiest lassie she had ever seen. She
walked towards the girl, and the girl told her “My name is Ana. I’m lost and very scared.”. Then, Queen
Jenna offered to help her find her way back home if only she stayed for dinner and pretended to be her
daughter for the rest of the day. It was already getting dark anyway and would be easier to look for her
family in the morning.

That night, Queen Jenna and Ana had the greatest time. For a moment, Ana forgot she was lost and Queen
Jenna felt like she finally had a daughter of her own. The morning came, and the Queen was very grateful,
so she did as promised. She had her soldiers look all over the Kingdom for Ana’s family. After only 30
minutes, the soldiers had found Ana’s house and had already taken her back home where her parents were
waiting for her with a freshly made apple pie.

David and his magical cat

There was once a boy named David who lived in a very small house with a
very large backyard that was full of plants. The plants attracted lots of animals, mainly because all the
trees had orange flowers that smelled amazing. There were always squirrels and birds on the trees. And
sometimes even animals like deer and foxes would show up in David’s backyard.

David loved animals so much, that he liked to go out to the backyard and stay there for hours watching
the animals.

At night, David would replay in his head what animals he had seen during the day.

One morning, David heard a cat. David ran to the backyard, but by the time he arrived there, the cat had
already disappeared. He thought it was impossible, since it only took him a few seconds to get there.

Suddenly, the cat appeared right in front of him and David tried to grab him, but again he disappeared
right before his eyes.
David was very confused, he had never seen a cat just disappear like that. Just as David was thinking
where he could’ve possible gone, the cat reappeared on David’s head.

This incident was totally unexpected. David did not know magical cats existed, so he decided to adopt the
cat to be able to observe him and learn more about him.

The next day, David woke up very excited to play with his new cat, but he realized the cat was gone. This
made David very unhappy.

When he came back into the house crying, he saw his mom inside with the cat. She had taken the cat to
give him a bath because he was very dirty.
