India is a country of village. More than half of our
population is living in village & their livelihood depends on agriculture. According to current data 77% people are compelled to live their life below the income of Rs20 per day. We are living in global village called MANIPAL (UDUPI).A rich or average or poor person/family daily use to buy fruits, vegetable, rice, wheat and other things on the print price or the price which are already decided by shopkeeper & without asking anything, without any query, which are related with price of same material nearby, we are paying them daily & frequently. Now question is how it is going to affect a common people or poor people or rate of any material in local market..?? Now I have some data related to rate of different material on three different places:- Price & place :-> Buying rate by Big bazaar Manipal dealer Material…!
Now question is, how it is going to affect the price of
material in particular area:- We are frequently paying MRP or local rate to the shopkeeper & they are getting more benefit over that product, at the same time we are supporting other retailer to raise their price because he also wants more profit. It leads to price rise in a particular area. Now question is can we controlled it..??? According to me it can be control by us up to some extent but how…??? If we will buy same product from the place nearby manipal or from there, its price is little low. It will affect vend of local shop and they will be compelled to decrease their price. We know it can’t be done by a single person. This work needs huge mass but we can… because, anyone has to take initiation. If not we then who will think for coming generation or for BPL people or a common people. It will take 10-20 valuable minute of your daily or weekly life. By doing this, 1. Directly, we will save our money which can be used for other work. 2. We are going to help a poor or common people. 3. Indirectly we are contributing in the Indian economy. 4. And the most important, we are going to do a work of halter-pin. I go through a survey:-which factors are responsible for price rise in manipal. 1. General thinking- they are student and they are able to pay easily. 2. Population density. 3. To get more profit because they don’t have any other option. . OPINION POLE…. 1. Why are you buying this material from manipal by paying rs100 when same thing is available in rs50 nearby..? a. We don’t know about such place. b. We don’t have time. c. We are able to pay this much. d. I can’t say anything. 60% says (a) 30% says (b) 0% says (c) 10% says (d)
2. If you know about such places where it is available
at very low cost then… a. I will buy from there only b. No, I don’t like to go there c. I will think d. I can’t say anything 40% says (a) 20% says (b) 40% says (c) 0% says (d)
3. Do you think government or multiparty must put a
dead line related to maximum rate of any object. a. yes b. no c. I can’t say anything 70% says (a) 0% says (b) 30% says (c) My question is why not government taking such steps… a. Dead line for maximum price of object. b. Why government are not opening their own market like big bazaar or food bazaar. - It will increase the employment. - Direct benefit will go to the farmer and public. - It will lead to competition and price will decrease. c. Why government are not providing convenience to farmer so that they are able to sell their product directly into the market.
