Supervisors:
Objectives:
1- Each Real estate can know information about the customer before signing the
lease to know if there is any unpaid money or if it using the property is bad.
2- Each Real estate are linked with a network and share information in a central data
base that give the office a very benefit information like: -
3- Each Real estate can query about lessees to know the unpaid batches or the time
of the renewal contract.
4- Each Real estate can has asks that distinguish from others.
5- When the Real estate office enters the ask, it will be saved in its own database and
in the central data base with assigned the name of the office that has the ask.
6- Each Real estate can has bids that distinguish from others.
7- When the Real estate enter the bid ,it will be saved in its own data base and in the
central data base with assigned the name of the office that has the bid.
8- When the Real estate office enters the bid, it will be saved in its own database.
9- Each Real estate can manage its account by entering the expenses of the office
and the percentage of commission when made sale or lease operation to know the
balance of the office.
10- Each Real estate can manage owner’s account by collecting payments of lessees
to know the balance of the owner.
11- When the Real estate finishes the lease it can write information about the lessee
and save it in central database.
12- Each Real estate can query about properties in its own database.
13- Customers and other offices can queries about the property by the web.
14- Each Real estate can doing sale , leasing, renewal contract , finishing lease,
paying of batches lessee and knowing of unpaid lessees batches operations.
Current situation :
All main functions of the project or in another meaning all use cases that have been
determined in the stage of identifying requirements have been implemented.
Desired situation :
Now we are reached to the desired situation except the financial system we want to
develop it and make it a power
Tools used :
Microsoft windows2000 operating system with IIS web server (Internet
Information Services).
Ms-SQL Servrer2000 for databases.
Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 for ASP.NET.
Enterprise Architect for UML analysis and design.
Power Designer for entities relationships.
Experience :
We have learned a lot of things, in analysis and design we are knowing a very
powerful technique that is a UML ( Unified Modeling Language ) . In data bases we
are learning how to use the Ms-SQL Servrer2000 and doing advanced operations like
Replication operation between local data base and central data base. In
implementation we are knowing ASP.NET language and how to benefit from some of
advantages of ASP.NET language.
Conclusion :
We have developed a real estate system that serve the real estate offices and give
them a very important information about the customers that dealing with the office. It
gives them a historical information about lessees that may solve one of big problems
of real estates. The system focuses on main operation like sale , lease , ask and bid but
the financial operation is very short and give only the balance of the office.
Future work :
Developing the project and add a new modules and functions like
making the office clerk to execute the Sale , Lease , lessee
Payment Batches or any others operation that necessitate the owner
or lessee to bring to the office and perfect the operation. To
achieve this we want to develop the project and add some of
security algorithms like electronic signature.
