On 20/12/2017, I purchased a digital copy of Steel Division 44 off of the steam online store.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because it will not load on my mac book. I am
disappointed because on the official store page it is clearly mark as compatible on MacOSX.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a full refund. Enclosed are copies of my records and proof of
purchase.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 2/18/2018 before seeking
