We have received your letter of complaint dated Jan 28, 2018 regarding a compatibility issue with
our product and Mac OSX. We have been having compatibility issues with hardware operating on
the newest version Mac OSX. We are currently working to resolve this issue in future patches and
updates.

You are our valued customer, we cannot deny any human error made by our distribution team. As a
large concern in the company, we here at Paradox deal with many compatibility issues involving
dozens of operating systems every day and therefore errors are possible. We therefore, are crediting
