Figure 2-2 to be formatted more appropriately to addresses employees instead of employers:

 Change the focus of Improving Health slightly. Instead of presenting the total reduction of
people that get sick present the information to cater to an individual by informing them the
percentage relating to them from their perspective. Example:
o Reduces the amount of time spent sick or ill by 31%
 Focus on time and money saved by the individual instead of from the corporations perspective
 Show more concern for the overall wellbeing of the offspring of rather than focus on the
financial loss due to child illness
