This cake is very suitable served when we have guests. From children to adults, this cake is one of the favorite food. Ingredients : 150 gr Rice flour, 50 gr Flour 1 tsp Salt, 50 gr Sugar, 2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 200 ml Coconut milk 1 bottle Frying oil Steps : 1. Mix both flours, salt, vanilla, eggs and sugar together. Blend it well with a mixer. 2. Stir in coconut milk little by little until the batter becomes smooth. 3. Heat lots of oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Put in the rosette iron mold, wait for awhile until it also becomes hot. 4. Dip mold into the batter. Then put the mold into oil. 5. Hold it still for few seconds and then sway the mold gently to release batter from the mold. 6. Fry & flip over until looks crispy. Remove from the heat & drain them. 7.
