20.A rod of mass M and length L, attached with a small block of mass m at its end , is freely rotating
about a vertical axis passing through its other end with a constant angular speed ω. Find the force

23. A uniform disc of mass m and radius R is rolling down a fixed inclined plane without slipping, under

3.In the shown figure, a particle of mass m slides down the frictionless surface from height h and
collides with the uniform vertical rod of length L and mass M. After the collision , mass m sticks to the

4. A uniform rod of a mass M and length L is placed on a smooth horizontal surface with its one end
pivoted to the surface. A small ball of a mass m moving along the surface with a velocity v0,
perpendicular to the rod collides elastically with the free end of the rod. Find:
