Reflections on Observation Task 4: Development of Early Writing Skills

1. Describe and explain two (2) suggested strategies that the teacher can use to help the majority of the
students within their developmental writing stage.

In my opinion the teacher can include different things to help student in development writing
stage. The teacher can use soap as activity for student to write letter S for example and also
cream. The student writes the letter in two ways by using their hand or using brush if they want.
This activity will help them develop fin motor skill and develop writing stage. My second
suggested is the teacher can use thread or other material to let the student for tracing letterer, that
will help them develop their minds and thinking skills.
