Intrebari pentru interviu W&T

Voi scrie un numar de intrebari uzuale care sunt puse la interviul pentru o viza J1 la ambasada
SUA. Acest mic “ghid” nu dorește a fi un indrumar complet si nici nu reprezinta cheia succesului la
interviu. In plus, desi este foarte probabil ca subiectele abordate in timpul interviului sa fie apropiate sau
chiar identice cu cele propuse de mine, trebuie sa fiti constienti de posibilitatile multiple in care este
formulata intrebarea. In consecinta, e foarte probabil ca intrebarea pusa de interviator sa “sune” diferit,
dar in fond sa fie despre acelasi subiect. Intrebarile de mai jos au scopul de a va familiariza cu subiectele
aduse in discutie de interviator si nu de a va oferi cu exactitate intrebarea si raspunsul.

I. Intrebari introductive
1. Tell me about youself… Were are u studying? In what field are u studying? How old are you?
My name is Laru Pavel . I am a student at “Politehnical University of Bucharest”,I’m studying
automotive engeneering and I like very much and I wanted a lot to study in Bucharest it was my target
because this University has a lot of interships with well-known companies like Renault and Dacia.
I am from Chisinau-capital of Republic of Moldova, I graduated highschool
“M.Berezovschi”lycem, and now I live in Bucharest in the campus.
2. Can u tell me about your familly?
My family is made of 4 members,my mother and father and one more older sister that is studiyng in
Chisinau.My father doesn’t have any brothers but my mother have 2 more sisters.
3. Why do you want to go to the United States?
The main reason that I’d wanted to visit United States of America is an unique summer cultural
experinece moreover I like making new friends as I am sociable and open-minded,besides this I want to
share our Roumanian while I will work there.
4. When are you plannig to leave?
I am plannig to leave on the 15th of June, after I finish with all my exams.

1. What are you going to work in the US? Where do u want to go for the summer?
I am going to Ocean City in Maryland state I am going to work as a cooker at Ropewalk restaurant.

2. Do you know what does your job involves?

The main duties are cutting,peeling vegetables,frutis and meat,beside this making the cleaning.
3. What do you want to visit while you are there?
I think that I’d want to visit the capital of the United States Washington DC because it has a lot of
beatiful and interesting places like White House,The State of Liberty and old Clock Tower.
6. Where are u going to live in the US? With who are u going to stay?
I am going to live in the house that was proposed by my visa sponsor” United Work and Travel”,where
we will live in 3 or 4 people in each house.
7. Who else is going with you in the US?
I am going alone.
8. Would u consider to stay in the US if the right opportunity comes?
No,I’m planing to stay there just on summer vacation because is much more important for me to finish
University in Bucharest,I’m not interested to stay there because I love my country,I love my University
and what I am studying,I see my future in my country and I have worked hard to enroll in this University
that was my dream that I achieved it.
9. Why did you chose to go to Ocean City?
I chose to go to in Ocean City because it is a city near ocean where a lot of people come for their
summer vacation moreover it is a city where a lot of youngers want to spent their time,I never saw
ocean and this is another argument.
10. What do you want to buy from the US?
I am plannig to buy new clothes a new powerfull laptop that will give me the opportunity to work in
different designing programs like Autocad,Catya.I will buy some gifts for my relatives and make them
happy.
11. What do your parents say about you leaving?
My parents support my idea and they are proud of me that I decided to make this step,because it will be
a nice life experience but of course they are a little bit worried about it because I will be far enough but
they trust me and know that I will face all the problems.

12. Is this your first time in the US? how do you feel?
Yes,it is,I’m feeling exited and happy that I will obtain new life experience.
13. What are you plannig to do after you finish your studies?
After I finish my studies I plan to find a job at the Renault or Dacia company to design different car
skteches and parts of cars.Another my dream is to sketch a design car and to aprove for siren production
after that to represent my own desgin and tell about it at open congres.

14. When do you plan to come back?

I want to come back before the school starts because I don’t want to lose courses that are very
important to reach my goal, my return ticket is on 30 september.
15. What is the name of the contact person in the US?
The name is ………Numele persoanei de contact de la sponsor e scris pe fromularul DS2019.
16. Do u want to work one job, or are you planning to have a second job?
It is probable for me to have a second job also, but I am not sure if I will want this because I need my
time to enjoy the beach/resort. Anyway, the job I have in the contract is the one I want to work for the
summer.
17. Do you have any relatives/friends/girlfriend/boyfriend already living in the US?
No, I don’t have any. My bf/gf is coming with me to spend the summer in ……. ,/or he/she is waiting for
me back home…we have plans.
18. What do you know about ….(MB)?
I know that MB is a big summer resort un the east coast and is a leisure place for youth.
