On behalf of the board members and management at Kome Web Incorporation, we would like to
thank you for your assistance and contribution in the Accounting department.

After careful deliberation with board members and shareholders about the recent audit review
with the Internal Revenue Service(IRS), we deem you unfit for the Interim Director of Finance
position here at Kome Web Inc. As of March 2, 2018, you will be terminated from your position
and asked to turn in all access badges and materials.

We have found several business and escrow accounts that have missing funds linked to an
offshore account in your name. The IRS launched an internal investigation to assist us recover
the funds and to find anyone involved in the illegal transactions of Kome Web Inc. This is
unacceptable behavior of someone with high level clearance and credentials. The company will
peruse legal action against you and any other counterparts in this ongoing investigation.

This memo is intended to inform you about the job duties of the Lead Web Designer while away
for personal reasons. As of Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 8am, you will be the Lead Web Designer
until further notice and all necessary clearances will become available. If you need any
assistance while I am away do not hesitate to contact John Parker in the Systems Network
department.

Job Summary
As the Lead Web Designer, you will use a mix of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP to build on
the current company and clients websites with effective interfaces, visual design, and to develop
media-rich web content for use. You will focus on fine-tuning web-presence for easy access,
secure, and manageable for clientele. The Lead Web Designer collaborates with colleagues on
ongoing projects and tasks. You are also responsible for resolving challenges related to user
experience, functionality, responsiveness, effectiveness, quality and consistency of web-based
content, while adhering to web standards of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Your job duties and responsibilities will include various tasks on a daily basis until further
notice. Mr. Akinlade, I hope this interim experience will further develop your skills. The daily
job responsibilities are but not limited to as follows:

• Identify problems and propose solutions to improve the user experience of client’s web
based and mobile applications
• Conceptualize, design and mock up high-quality interfaces across all viewports
• Deliver wireframes, mockups and prototypes for new features in HTML/CSS
• Collaborate closely with the development team to integrate designs
• Work in a rapid development environment using agility

• Support business objectives in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing,
managing, and reporting data using 3rd party vendors: Google Analytics and Kibo
• Stay current on all industry trends, contribute to swipe library and concepts.

Conclusion
As the Lead Designer you will be responsible on all final calls for the Tina’s Bakery mobile
application and website project currently being worked on. The current set deadline for the
project is April 20th, unless something appears out of the wood works. Furthermore, attached is
important information needed for this project along with other tools.

Position Purpose:

Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out
