Explain the lesson without planning

I believe when we have something to achieve we should make a plan about

what we have to do. I saw my MST while she did a lesson plan and how she
organizes the lesson. I learned lot strategies from my MST. She advise me
when I want to do the lesson plan or teach the students I should write the
tittle of the lesson and the learning objective to check in the end if the
students achieve this goals or not. My MST gave me some lesson and she
said you have to teach them but I did not gave you a real observation I want
to saw how you will teach them and how will you can contact with the
students. I felt scared because I didn’t prepare the lesson plan and the
materials, then I create a worksheet for the students. When I started to teach
them I ignore being negative person and being a positive person. After that
when I finished. My MST told me her feedback and she wants to tell me
what the area I have to improvement. In the second observation I did not felt
scared because I prepared the lesson plan and bring the materials that I have
to use it. When I finished my MST said look at the different between the first
observation and the second observation, and she told I did this way because I
want you to be a good teacher in the future and learn how to prepare the
plans for anything. I have learned that I should make a plan when I want to
do some works and I have to achieve the goals.
