Nowadays, security in professional environments has increased their levels due

to the government pressure and the National institute about safety, but there is
much to do and it is in our hands.
In 1995 Spain has approved the law that obligate to entrepreneurs to be
concerned about risks over their factories, because could cause damage or even
death to workers, so thanks to this, a new professional was born “Safety
manager” who cares about the security on differents jobs.
Statistics show us that factories have a huge amount of accidents and it can be
supposed by dangerous machinery or differents chemical products. Moreover
when an accident is investigated the results say that workers didn’t use their
equipment’s security and this is the big problem in fact. Obviously, an accident
not always can be avoid because is an equation of “cause” times “effect” but if
workers are aware of risks the cause’s factor can be reduced significantly and for
this prevention must work on education.
In my opinion, people doesn’t give importance to prevention and it plays against
them because as I believe the security works in our way to finish our professional
activity and enjoy with our families, friends or sofa.
