Regional Coordinator, Riverside Region
- Provide support in advising 1200 program participants in topics that include, but are limited to, UC/CSU “A-G” Requirements,
SAT/ACT, Common Application, financial aid, major/career exploration, and created an individual academic plan for each
- Deliver recruitment presentations to high school freshmen to become admitted into 1 of 300 spots each year
- Organized and executed Senior Transition Experience Program for 200 graduating seniors and their parents with over 10
resources from four-year institutions, community colleges, and student organizations along with various workshops
- Implement the first two-week middle school summer program College Connect 2017 to 50 students, 5 student instructors and 1
curriculum instructor
- Provide support executing conferences, parent workshops, and additional summer programs for high school students
- Recruit, hire and train student staff and instructors during summer programs

- Implemented Saturday Sessions, field trips during the academic year, Summer Residential Program (SRP), and California

- Created monthly student newsletters and incorporate summer programs, SAT tips and academic suggestions
- Taught and supported rising Juniors in SAT prep course during the SRP
- Implemented parent conferences once a semester with each participant to ensure college requirements are met
