Concrete is a mixture of sand, corse aggregrate,


fine aggregate & portland cement. Cement, usually in powder
form, acts as a binding agent when mixed with water &
aggregates. There are two types of concrete methods using mostly
in construction they are

1.PRECAST CONCRETE
"PRECAST CONCRETE" the name itself says than conctere
blocks of various shapes and types are prepared according to our
design spefications in controlled environmental conitions in
factory. After curing is completed it is transported to the
construction site and fix into its place.

2.CAST-IN-SITE CONCRETE
"CAST-IN-SITE CONCRETE" the name itself say that
concreting is done at the on site while construction of structure is
going on. In this method maintain of quality is big issue and time
for construction is much more higher than expected.

BENFITS IN PRECAST CONCRETE


=> Enables faster programmed times - not affected by weather or
labour shortages.

=> Improvres buildability.


=> Produces a high standard of workmenship in factory
conditions.
