Please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure Log Parser had been uninstalled, you can run the setup.exe program to remove it, or use the <Control
Panel / Programs and Features> to uninstall it.

2. Make sure the following directories are removed:


a. C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\SWLogsParser
b. C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\SolidWorks TechSupportTools
c. C:\Program Files\SolidWorks TechSupportTools\Log Parser
3. Remove all the previous setup.exe file I email to you to avoid confusion. Unzip attached file and rename setup.e_ to
setup.exe.
4. Temporary disable AntiVirus application like Microsoft Defender or Avast Free Antivirus.
5. Double click the setup.exe to start install.
6. Click OK if you see this UAC warning:

7. After installation, Click Tools à Options to setup the Cache Folder Path as shown below:
8. Click License Code in Options, enter TJHTR881028S, click Submit.

9. After you successfully installed Log Parser, please copy this folder “ C:\Users\[User
name]\AppData\Local\SOLIDWORKS\CXPA” from other users and put in one folder:
