Functional Description
The content of SIB11bis is same with SIB11; it can alleviate the lack of SIB11 space
when there are too many adjacent cells. The parameter “SIB11orSIB11bis” can specify
if adjacent cell information can be broadcast through SIB11bis. So the adjacent cell’s
information will broadcast by SIB11bis when the space of SIB11 is depleted.

4.1 Test Purpose

The purpose of this test case is to verify the system supports SIB11bis and the maximum
number of neighbor cells is 96.

4.2 Steps for Test

1. Power on UE1 and camps on Cell1 in Idle mode
2. Configuration the CELL1 neighbor CELL2 and set CELL2 belong to SIB11bis.

3. Reduce the cell1 power or UE far from the CELL1.

4.3 Expected Results

Cell2 can be broadcast in sib11 bis message and cell reselection procedure is normal.
