MOTION TO ALLOW ACCUSED TO UNDERGO MEDICAL

EXAMINATION

Accused RALP LEONES y PATENTES, through the undersigned

counsel, and unto this Honorable Court most respectfully states that:

1. Herein accused RALP P. LEONES is complaining that he is suffering

from intermittent fever for how many days already and he is advised for further medical
evaluation per referral slip issued by the nurse on duty and duly approved by Warden
J/CINSP RICHARD B. TULABING, hereto attached as ANNEX “1”;

2. That accused having the right to health, accused humbly requests that he
be further examined by a doctor of any government hospital;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, in the highest interest of justice, it is most

respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that accused be allowed to undergo further
medical examination. Other reliefs deemed just and equitable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
