JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, PACITA GUSENALEM SEQUIÑA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident
of Montesuerte, Carmen, Bohol, Philippines and LINDA YAGONG ESTA, Filipino, of legal
age, married and a resident of Montesuerte, Carmen, Bohol, Philippines, after being sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That we both know ANGELITA ESPANZO SEPADA JUNTONG because we are

friends thereof;

2. That we hereby attest to the fact that ANGELITA ESPANZO SEPADA JUNTONG true
and correct maiden name is spelled as ANGELITA ESPANZO SEPADA as per her
Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA);

3. That the maiden name of ANGELITA ESPANZO SEPADA JUNTONG in the Birth
Certificate of her son was erroneously spelled as ANGELITA ESPANSO SEPADA due
to inadvertence and misunderstanding;

4. That ANGELITA ESPANZO SEPADA as per her Certificate of Live Birth issued by the
Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) and ANGELITA ESPANSO SEPADA as per her
Birth Certificate of her son refers to one and the same person existing and living in the
community;

5. That we are not related to the said person either by consanguinity or affinity and that we
have no interest in whatever outcome these presents may bring;

6. That affiants further attest to the truth of the foregoing statements for whatever legal
purpose this may serve.
