The parade will be held on July 21st, 2018 @ 11 am. Participants will assemble at the school in the following groups
and times: Floats/Miscellaneous 9am, Horse Units 10 am. Parade participants will be judged and trophies will be
awarded before the parade begins.
LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please sign in @ the corner of Harrison & 2nd St.
If you are representing a Political candidate there will be a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE parade participation fee.
(Payment must accompany entry form. Please make checks payable to GSLLCOC).
Please send your response to this invitation NO LATER THAN July 15, 2018
The parade starts at 11 am. You must be signed in and lined up by 10:30am.
ABSOLUTELY NO CANDY OR MATERIAL WILL BE THROWN FROM VEHICLES, FLOATS, OR HORSES. IT MUST BE HAND
DELIVERED FROM THE GROUND. NO CARS WILL BE PROVIDED. ANY PARTICIPANT UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS
MUST HAVE THE FORM SIGNED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

HOLD HARMLESS INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the applicant agrees to save and hold harmless, all
officers and agents of the Greater Springdale/Loon Lake Chamber of Commerce from any loss or damages
whatsoever to persons or property arising out of participation in the Greater Springdale/Loon Lake Chamber of
Commerce parade and further agrees to defend said officers and agents from any claim for damage related
