I hereby state that everything i mentioned are true.

After completing my law

classes, at around 1:15pm (25/04/2018) i was getting down the staircase from 1st
floor to second floor. My phone was placed in the right front pocket of my trousers
firmly held. 4th year student who was coming down the staircase immediately after
me, have suddenly slipped accidentally and out of control pushed me, making me to
fall down on my front and slide down few stairs. I hereby state that the staircase
were well maintained and were in mint condition as our college is a national law
school. Then after getting up and checking my phone i realized that my phone screen
have cracked due to collision caused by my accidental fall. The detail of damage
are down right corner two cracks and those causing hairline cracks over the screen.

I hereby state that my phone is used with due care ( i use case), my phone was
placed nicely in my front right pocket, i was getting down the stairs and got
pushed by another accidentally because he slipped accidentally, The stairs were
well maintained, the cracks have happened solely due to this incident ( if you
observe you will notice that all the cracks start from the same point)
