REGISTRATION GUIDE
Step-by-step guide to Register for TBE

1. Login page https://enroll.ibfimonline.com/

Existing Candidate

2. Click Login

3. Enter Username and Password

New Candidate

1. Click Sign Up
2. Fill in your particulars
3. Click Submit
4. Click Programs if you an existing candidate

OR

5. Click on Browse Course Catalog if you are a new candidate

6. Click on Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) link

7. Click on Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) link

8. Click Enrol Exam

9. The following Exam Registration page will be displayed.

10. Select Learning Mode as Online
11. Select Exam Name

12. Select Paper Name

13. Select Exam Centre
14. Click Select Date

15. The following schedule will be displayed.

16. Select an exam date.

17. The available sessions will be displayed.

18. Select the exam session (either morning or afternoon)

19. Click Proceed to Payment

20. Select Payment Mode either credit card or FPX
21. Tick Declaration box

22. Click OK
23. Click Confirm
Once the registration and payment is successful, candidate will:

(i) Receive an email notification on the confirmed exam registration details and able to
download the Exam Registration Slip

(ii) Also have access to the exam registration slip through Candidate Portal as shown next.
Once candidate have sat for the Online Exam, the exam results will also be published here at
the Slip tab.
