We, 3R (Dhaka Tribune Farms) have started our journey in ICT business with mobile content in
2012. Since then it has been operating in content industry with excellent reputation and
become the biggest mobile phone Content Provider in the country. We provide mobile Value
Added Services (VAS) for Channel-i & ATN Bangla television channels, leading newspapers like
The Prothom Alo & The Daily Star and popular radio channels like ABC Radio & Radio Amaar.
We have launched Mobile TV service for the first time in Bangladesh and introduced
ecommerce sites with Channel-i and ATN Bangla. We have also provided customized mobile
phone based tracking applications to organizations like FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization
of the United Nations) and Group4securicor (G4S).

Now we are offering a complete solution named “Short Code Allocation & Deployment
Solution” to provide value added service (VAS) through a short code as a content provider (CP).
By this solution Dhaka Tribune will able to serve their news services through SMS, VOICE over
mobile phone for all mobile operators of Bangladesh.

3R very well understands the crucial role of Dhaka Tribune. Our intelligent solution named
“Short Code Allocation & Deployment Solution” will works independently to provide all
kind of news content to the client through SMS, IVR and WAP service over mobile phone. By
this solution, a client or subscriber can collect update news very easily and instantly from
anywhere at any time.

Our solution will help you to provide update information to your valued user accurately and
quickly and we will provide you powerful opportunity to management for news uploading,
broadcasting, reporting and customization capabilities. So managers can be confident their
teams are producing to their potential and getting accurate response from user.

To provide the updated news, Dhaka Tribune will upload the summary information through
a web panel and that information will be stored in a dedicated database server and the
stored information will be broadcast to the client as news content accordingly. Also we will
provide an information management web portal for your organization where you can
review your data stroke with revenue.

Weekly Charging: Subscriber will be charged at a time weekly and remain active for one

 Payment Terms and Conditions
1) Total Cost of ‘Short Code Allocation & Implementation’ need to be paid by Dhaka
Tribune in advance with work order.
2) After getting short code license total cost of ‘Hardware’ will be paid by Dhaka Tribune.
3) After finishing hardware installation total cost of ‘Software’ will be paid by Dhaka
Tribune.
4) After finishing software installation total cost of ‘Data Connectivity’ will be paid by
Dhaka Tribune as well.
5) Finally total cost of ‘Maintenance and Support’ will be applicable after two months of
completed the total project.

 CUSTOMER CARE
Self Care: Customer would be able to check the existing services, activate and deactivate by
using SMS & IVR on ‘short code’.
24x7 Customer Care: Customer would be able to call a dedicated call center number for all
kind of assistant of Dhaka Tribune service at any time.
