    2. Analyze the following topic thoroughly:


    2.1 Identify an SME bumiputra company (with approval from the lecturer) of your
    choice that must be registered with SSM. As such, some sort of proof is needed
    to show that the company is registered with SSM and it should be included in the
    case study report.
    2.2 Study the identified company’s business, analyzes the company’s resources,
    knowledge, company key players in terms of their background, education, skills
    (including business skills), experience etc. All these information must be
    included in your case study report.
    2.3 Conduct a SWOT/BMC for the company and analyze main issues/problems that
    the company is facing. In-depth analysis on every elements of SWOT/BMC
    should be clearly shown in your case study report to enable reader understand
    how the main issues/problems were recognized.
    2.4 Provide the best suggestions/solutions that the company should undertake to
    solve these main issues/problems. Analysis on suggestions/solutions should
    also be done in-depth and application must be related/reflected to
    theories/concepts of entrepreneurship. Provided justifications to convince
    readers that the suggestions/solutions would work for the company and not just a
    plan on paper.

    IMPORTANT NOTES

    1. Each group must consist not more than three (3) persons.
    2. The assignment must be typed. There is no minimum or maximum pages because
    report is based on quality NOT quantity. But pages must reflect that you had done a
    thorough reading on entrepreneurship and in-depth research on the company.
