Discover the unique landscape of Mt.
Bachelor’s volcanic cone in the Cascade
Mountains. From the summit at 9,065 feet it’s
possible to head out in any direction. With
more than 101 trails stretching down the
slopes, everyone can find a favorite run.
With over 4,300 acres of lift-accessible
terrain, you won’t want to pass up a trip to the
ski resort with the highest skiable elevation in
all of Oregon and Washington! Mt. Bachelor,
is known for its light, dry snow, diverse terrain,
family-friendliness and long seasons.
The mountain features 10 lifts, seven of which are Express Quads, plus two tubing lifts and an average annual snowfall
of 462 inches. Mt. Bachelor also features 5 terrain parks, a superpipe, 56K of groomed and tracked cross country trails,
snowshoeing, tubing, etc.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Bend is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and
brewpubs. Each of our rooms has a spacious sitting area with a microwave, refrigerator, in-room coffee maker and pillow
top mattresses. You’re stay here will include a hot buffet breakfast, 24-hour access to our indoor pool & fitness center, and
complimentary high-speed internet.
The trip price includes:

 Roundtrip airfare via Delta from Philadelphia/Portland – No air deduct $400


 Roundtrip transfer from Portland to Bend with stop for lunch pick up, liquor store and grocery stop
 7 nights lodging at the Doubletree. Single Supplement $635
 5 out of 7day lift ticket - 6th day ski add $35, must be prepaid with final pmt. Senior, deduct $40
from 5-day ticket or add $25, for 6th day. Non-skier deducts $240
 Free ski storage at base of mountain for the entire week.
 Complimentary ski shuttle to mountain, 2 departure times in AM; 2 pickup times in PM.
 Breakfast buffet each morning featuring eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, etc.

Payment Schedule

August 21st $400 in the travel industry. Trip participants are responsible for any fees that
may be incurred outside the control of FLSC, including but not limited
September 18 $400
to: fuel surcharges, baggage fees imposed by airlines, costs incurred
October 16th $400 by weather related delays or cancellations. Any name change after
November 20 Balance ticketing will be subject to a $150 penalty or more imposed by the
airline. Your name must match your Passport or license (a copy of
which must be provided to your trip leader at signup).
A $25 charge will be added if final payment is not received by the due
date.

Cancellation Policy

October 16th Up to $400 Attempts will be made to provide a suitable roommate, but if
one is not found, or if a cancellation leaves you or your
roommate single, the single supplement of $635 will apply if a
suitable roommate is not available or you will have the option
to cancel from the trip.
November 20th Up to $800
After November 20th Up to the full price of the trip plus any expenses incurred by FLSC.
Note: No shows will receive no refund and will be responsible for any expenses incurred by FLSC. You
are not considered cancelled until you have notified and been acknowledged by the trip leader.
