Brandy

The most renowned celebrities toasted their
glorious achievements with Courvoisier fine
cognac high on the Eiffel Tower, during the
inauguration party of the Universal Exhibition
in 1889. This Cognac VSOP is a warm and
delicate Cognac and is considered to be one of
the finest produced. A complex aroma of spice
and oak, it then opens on the palate to reveal
its true depth with almonds, vanilla and floral
notes.
Bas-Armagnac VS 9
Château Tariquet - Eauze, FR - 40%
This smooth and silky Armagnac, with its dried
fruit and caramel aromas combined with spicy
flavours and a fruit filled finish. Makes for a
beautiful after meal drink to warm you on a
cold winter night.

Courvoisier - Cognac, FR - 40%
Courvoisier VS Cognac is a blend of several
crus aged between three and seven years
(four to eight for Russia), composed principally
of Fins Bois with a balancing hand of Petite
Champagne.
Fine Calvados 8
Château Du Breuil - Le Breuil en Auge, FR - 40%
Calvados is perhaps the forgotten son of Brandy
regions. Here you will the drink the finest apple
Brandy that will alter your perceptions of the
world. Smooth, rich and elegant by itself, and is
also used in several cocktails.
Fine Gin
Juniper Barrel Aged Gin 10
Fair - Cognac, FR - 42%
Barrel Aged Gin is a product of a collaboration
with an Organic Co-op of farmers in Central
Asia. The organic juniper berries are sourced
from a nature reserve in Central Asia. The
Fairtrade spices are grown in the Kerala region
of South West India. This unique gin is aged
for a minimum of 3 months in French cognac
oaks from which originate the spicy notes and
freshness.

The botanicals used in FAIR Gin are sourced in
the Cognac region of France and across Central
Asia through local organic co-ops.
The spiced gin is made from juniper berries
along with its other botanicals (coriander,
cardamom, angelica roots and grains of
paradise) which are all macerated for one week
during production.

Armorik Dervenn 13
Distillerie Warenghem - Lannion, FR - 46%
The Armorik Dervenn is an elegantly woody
and spiced expression, released to celebrate
the association between the last barrels-maker
in Brittany and the distillery. Dervenn translated
as “oak” in Breton language, was aged for over
4 years in first fill Breton oak barrels.

Whisky Breton Single Malt, non-chill filtered
Genuine symbol of the Distillery’s values, this
Armorik highlights both the quality of its know-
how and its attachment to the Breton land. In
partnership with a local cooper, the Distillery
designed unique Brittany oak casks. Armorik
Double Maturation remains in them for many
long years before being transferred into
Oloroso sherry casks for a second maturation.

Distillerie Warenghem - Lannion, FR - 40%
Whisky Breton Blended: 50% grain, 50%
malt. The double distillation in copper stills is
followed by an ageing in traditional oak casks,
all matured by the climate with a particular
climate in Brittany. Here are a few of the factors
that now lead Distillerie Warenghem to offer
this excellent Blended Whisky at 42% ABV.
Breizh is a famous cousin of the WB, which was
the first Breton Whisky.
Fine Rum
Old Rum - Aged 8 years 12
Père Labat - Marie Galante, Guadeloupe - 42%
Deep and smooth, this Père Labat 8 year old
rum offers lots of sweet fruit, toffee and caramel
flavours, with hints of vanilla and light spice. It is
an ample and subtle bouquet which makes it a
generous and aromatic rum on the palate. After
the initial burn, things calm down to a long and
balanced,  full body finish.
Gold Rum - Aged 2 years 10
Père Labat - Marie Galante, Guadeloupe - 50%
Père Labat gold rum, with its straw / yellow color
is distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane
juice is aged at least 2 years in used whisky and
bourbon barrels. Its subtle aroma and woody,
spicy flavor can be tasted dry or on the rocks.

A new generation of vodka, stemmed from
unique French know-how, produced and
bottled in France, in the Cognac area, using
Bolivian quinoa seeds cultivated according to
the methods of organic farming. The quinoa
seeds used to produce FAIR Vodka are grown
by small independent Bolivian producers,
grouped under the ANAPQUI, which is the
national association of Bolivian quinoa seed
farmers.
