To whom it may concern

This reference letter is provided at the written request of Mr. Harsh Dholakia who
has asked me to serve as a reference on his behalf. It is my understanding that Harsh
is being considered by your organization for Graduate admissions.

I have known him for the past 2 years as he has undertaken a project titled “
___________“ . As his mentor, I have had an opportunity to observe the student's
participation and interaction in general and to evaluate the student's knowledge of
the subject matter. I would rate the student's overall performance in the subject as
excelling. This is evidenced by his final project outcome.

The project was designed to measure the student's ability to research, to analyze the
results of the research, and to write. I am deeply impressed and moved by his
capability of organizing and his sense of involvement, which have been explicitly
demonstrated through all his participation in this activity. Based upon this, I rate the
student's skills as outstanding.

Based upon the student's performance and my understanding of the position for
which the student is applying, I believe the student would perform according to the
expectations of the university.
