Hospitality programme 4-5 August 2018

We are delighted you have accepted our invitation to the Hempel Sailing World
Championships 2018 and look forward to welcoming you in Aarhus.

The excitement is building for the Championships and prior to your arrival, we
would like to provide you with an overview of information as well as request
some information from you to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Accommodation:
A business class room with breakfast and free Wi-Fi will be provided for you at the
Comwell for the 4th August. Business class rooms come with access to the Business
lounge on the 12th floor. All incidentals incurred during your stay are not included
and a credit card will be required to cover any additional charges.

Transfer information:
We will arrange a transfer to and from Billund airport for you to the hotel and
your return journey back to the airport and thank you for the travel itineraries
provided. We will provide final confirmation of arrangements closer to the event
date.

Dietary requirements:
Please confirm any special requirements you have while we are hosting you or
any special needs you may have.

Weather:
The weather is changeable, and we recommend you bring clothing to cover all
types of weather. We will provide wet weather gear for your on-water experience
and kindly request you provide your clothing size – either small, medium, large or
extra-large? We recommend wearing deck shoes/trainers/comfortable clothing for
your day on the water – preferably wet proof.

09:45 Transfer from hotel to Sailing Centre (meet in lobby)*

10:00-11:30 Future of Sailing presentation breakfast

11:30-12:30 Boat park tour with World Sailing Ambassadors

12:30-13:30 Buffet lunch in the Sailing Centre

13:30-15:00 On the water spectating (wet weather gear provided)

15:00-15:30 Afternoon tea in the Sailing Centre

15:30 Transfer to airport/hotel

*Please ensure you have checked out of the hotel and bring any luggage with you
as your transfer back to the airport will be from the Sailing Centre.
