Tutorial 7

1. Sit with your assignment group members.

2. Conduct a brief interview with your tutor simultaneously with other groups. (Open Q &

A session)

3. The focus of the interview should be similar to your assignment-Job Description.

4. You can use the same set of questions during the interview with your tutor. Do not repeat

the same question if other groups have asked it. Pay close attention.

5. The interview should take less than 20 minutes.

6. As soon as the interview is done, write a job description of your tutor’s job scope.

7. Show it to your tutor before the class ends.

8. The tutor will give advice and comments on the job description you produced based on

the in-class interview.

9. You may use the advice and comments and amend your job description assignment

before the submission.

10. The tutor is not obliged to check your job description assignment.

11. Preferably one laptop (or any device that has typing function, not smartphone) per group

is involved when producing the Job Description during the tutorial. Typing could be done

faster in this way.
