Overall: Greta research again Emily! To improve discuss in more detail the consequence put in
place by regulatory bodies once legislations have been broken. The surveys you have conducted
are also relevant, especially when analysing the impact of accuracy on target audience.

LO3: You have researched effectively the numerous ways a media institution is able to
distribute its product in order to maximise profits. You have also looked at the marketing
aspects within media and how they attempt to appeal to their target audience.

LO4: You have demonstrated a sound understanding of the ethical and legal issues which
apply to both magazine and newspapers and how they have to produce content/articles
which abide by the regulations and laws put in place by regulatory bodies.
