JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, TARAJANE ARRIOLA and MARY ANN DECARA, both

legal ages, Filipino, single, respectively and both are residents of
Scorpio St., Centennial 2-A, Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, after
having been sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose
and state that:

1. We personally know Glenn Tan Rimandiman, who is our

long time neighbor and acquaintance at Pinagbuhatan
Pasig, and the fact of his birth is registered at the Local
Civil Registrar of Quezon City as “Glenn” Tan Rimandiman;

2. We know for a fact that the person by the name of “Glenn”

Tan Rimandiman, spelled with two “n”s, as appearing in
his identification cards and Birth Certificate issued by the
Philippine Statistics Authority, and the name Glenn Tan
Rimandiman, spelled with one “n”, refer to one and the
same person and that his true and correct name is Glenn
Tan Rimandiman;

3. We are not in any way related to any of the foregoing

person within the fourth civil degree either by
consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary
interest in this matter whatsoever;

4. To remove confusion as to the two names, we hereby

declare that the name “Glenn” Tan Rimandiman and
“Glen” Tan Rimandiman, refer to one and the same person
whose registered name is Glenn Tan Rimandiman;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness

of the foregoing statements and to establish the real
identity of Glenn Tan Rimandiman and for all legal intents
and purposes it may serve;
