3 Wire markers (feeder)
4 Directory complete
5 Equipment number on nameplate
6 Phase meter test ABC
7 Touch-up painting complete
8 Sufficient caution and danger notices and spare fuses
9 If a telephone is provided:
10 Receptacle Panel Volt tests all receptacles for standard
HNG Orientation.
11 All receptacles identified by circuit number on nameplate
12 Lighting Panel With all lights on, compare branch circuit. “Hot”
amps to branch neutral amps.
13 Covers complete
14 Provide the data and complete the following:
14.1 Main breaker amps
14.2 Feeder Size
14.3 Neutral underground at panel
14.4 Ground wire size
14.5 Megger at 1000V 0-0
14.6 Megger at 1000V 0-Gnd
