 Hired as Daily Occasional Teacher
o Responsibilities included keeping students engaged throughout the
day, taking attendance, supervision within the class and various
places throughout schools, teaching planned lessons for the day,
applying my own classroom management strategies
 Currently on LTO Assignment at St. Mary’s C.S.S
o Took over 2 sections of religion (1 Senior)
o Responsibilities include:
o Planning and teaching engaging lessons
o Assigning required summatives & administering required tests
o Marking all student work including exams
o Writing final report cards

 Graduated with a Bachelor of Education with Junior and Intermediate Division
in Religious Education
 Obtained valuable classroom experience during five separate placements
 My final placement was at St. Mary’s C.S.S with Robert Grundy where I
had to opportunity to teach grade nine and ten religion. I had the
opportunity to teach 100% of the time and Robert allowed me to take the
lead on midterm report cards
 Successfully mentored two student teachers during my second and third
placement
 Obtained extra classroom experience during alternative placement at
Children’s Safety Village Brantford
