Having more than 20 years of total IT experience and with 10 of them spent as the IT Leader of different
multinational companies, I believe I can use my full experience to help your company in this area.

During this period, I have built my reputation on operational excellence through the delivery of practical,
cost effective solutions that increase efficiency and boost performance.

My expertise lies in Business Process Management, Project Management, Leadership, IT security . I’m
recognized for my ability to coach, motivate and inspire a staff to reach its full potential.

Most technical skills (including extensive knowledge about business processes) I’ve gathered during the
time spent at IBM Romania and Hella Romania, delivering IT support for 3000+employess companies.

Most recently, at Hella Romania, as the IT Manager I’ve built an complete IT infrastructure to support
morethan 1200 people, in 5 location. I’ve paved the way also for implementing a wide range of software
and hardware solutions, acting as Project Manager for most of them.
