analysis. I successfully managed projects for lean training for all IT support officers, secured
thousands of patients, and diagnosed hardware and operating system problems. In addition, my
role as a Junior Project Manager, I successfully migrated two servers to a new data architecture
and streamlined IT logistics and administration, cutting costs by twenty-five percent. I
eventually became a senior project manager at Seton Hospital in ME. During those years, I
became responsible for creating, improving, and developing IT project strategies and oversaw
all major hospital projects for more than ten years. I focused on cost reduction, and I
successfully cut costs by 32% in less than six months. I was also able to reduce the cost of IT
maintenance by successfully rebuilding the server infrastructure, resulting in over fifty
thousand dollars of annual savings. In addition, I implemented the highly successful Lean
Training and Six Sigma projects.

As a well experienced IT professional with ten years of experience at implementing IT

strategies and department managing, I have dealt almost all circumstances and effectively
managed projects and problems in the industry. I am efficient in IT strategies at local and
