cosmetic company within APAC region comprising 14 countries. In my past experience worked
as practice manager and was responsible for growth of EAI practice within webMethods, EDI,
TIBCO tools including revenue, capacity and competency growth along with project delivery. As
operations lead I was responsible for managing operations of Enterprise Integration Services
(EIS) catering EAI, BPM & BRMS offerings revenue, capacity and competency management. I
was responsible for Hiring strategy, Revenue Management, Gross Margin improvement, Billability
improvement, Review and improvement of ESAT & CSAT. EIS (Enterprise Integration Practice)
consist of 350+ resources with targeted revenue of 27.5 Million for year 2017. In the competitive
environment having differentiator is the key to get edge hence continuously involved in building
tools, accelerator, scripts, framework, best design principles and utilities. I understand the
