I have a master’s degree in Information technology and B.Sc. degree in Information
Science, A+ Hardware and software maintenance; office machine maintenance, ICT
electronics maintenance and CISCO certified have above ten years’ experience working
as an information technology officer. My abilities include being able to grasp how new
technologies may be applied to help the company achieve its goals and analytical skills
that help with strategic thinking and tactical implementation. My interpersonal skills are
very good and I am able to create openness and trust among my colleagues. This has
aided me in facilitation and conflict management to achieve a more effective working

I have great communication skills, both written and verbal, which enables me to
articulate complex technical ideas to those who do not have a technical background. This
also helps when training staff and managers in the information technology division to

scheduled basis.
