PROJECTS composite beam under the guidance of Prof T. Valsa,
Experimental and theoretical study on flexture
behaviour of cold formed steel concrete composite
beams.
Channel section with and without shear connectors type of
composite beams where casted, RCC beams is also casted
having an equivalent moment carrying capacity by rigid
plastic analysis as that of composite channel load vs
deflection,load carrying capacity and ductility of the
composite index of the composite beam and conventional RCC
beams were studied. Experimental results were compared
with theoretical results and arrived at meaning full
conclusions.

residential apartment with RCC structure and concrete
block masonry walls; Area of the project 2,82,000 sqft;
Cost of the project: INR 60 crore

(Site Engineer – Aug. 2007 to June 2008)

Involved in major activities such as marking, shuttering, and

reinforcement and concreting. His responsibilities also as
fallows
 Studying the structural, architectural drawing, for
preparing the bar bending schedule and for estimating
the shuttering quantities,
 To co-ordinate with an architect, RCC designers, & all
concerned consultants.
 Supervision of day-to-day construction activities of
building
 To take measurement of the running bills.
 To check the contractor bills, quantities of stock, etc.
 To take the stock of the material on the site & prepare
stock statement on weekly basis.
 To maintain the quality of the construction as per the
company norms.
 Planning for fast execution for work and maintaining the
quality of work.
