WORK EXPERIENCE
Holding a Civil Engineer degree with 2 Years of experience in design,
construction industry, providing engineering solutions with cost and time
effective has been my expertise in previous projects.
I. Structural design Engineer at ASLAM ARCHITECTS from July-
2021 to December-2022 with the following Job responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviewing architectural drawings and placing tentative columns
and beam framing accordingly using AUTOCAD.
2. Analyzing and designing the finalized placements of beams and
columns using staadPro and appropriate building codes.
3. Collecting axial compressive loads at supports from staadPro to
design footing using Microsoft Excel spread sheet.
4. Providing percentage of steel in structural members depending on
outcomes of bending moment and shear force from staadPro and placing
suitable diameter of Rebar’s in the beams, columns, and slabs.
5. Detailing of final designed structure using AUTOCAD that is,
column centerline, footing layout, footing schedule, column schedule,
plinth beam layout and general arrangements of slabs and beams at all
floor levels.
6. Estimating the quantity of steel, sand, cement and aggregate using
Microsoft Excel spread sheet after completing the detailed structural
drawings.
7. Worked collaboratively with inter-office architects and BIM drafting
team to coordinate design details and structural engineering construction
document drawings.
8. Performed structural calculations, design, and analysis for structural
elements utilizing appropriate building codes for the following projects:
a. TRIFECTA VILLA’s – 1,200sf of twelve residential buildings consisting of
RCC beam framings, CMU walls, brick walls.
b. ORCHID VILLA’s – 1,800sf of ten residential buildings made up of RCC
beam framings, combined/isolated footings, special tie beams and CMU
walls.
c. ROYAL PALM – Ramp of area 1400sf, built using CRS beam framing,
CRS walls and square columns.

II. Quantity surveyor(freelancing) for ALSNDAN Technical
Services CO.LLC(Dubai,UAE) from March-2023 to June-2023 with the
following Job responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Evaluated AutoCAD plan of the complete project and gave wall
number for each wall considering concrete hollow block wall and inserted
the same data in excel spread sheet for further calculations.
2. Obtained number of blocks required for complete structure by
calculating area of walls using AutoCAD and excel spread sheet.
3. Similarly, calculated amount of cement and sand required for the
entire building for plastering.
4. Visited site to survey part of walls to be plastered in different areas
of the building as per civil engineer.
LEADERSHIP AND ACTIVITIES:
1. Led final year project group for research on “EVALUATION OF
MOMENT-CURVATURE RELATIONSHIP OF NSM STRENGTHENED
REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS USING RESPONSE 2000 PROGRAM”
resulted an outstanding grade.
2. Organized an entrepreneurship club for students to execute their
business ideas at university.
3. Trained university juniors, the different set software used by civil
engineers after my office hours.
