1. Full technical work- If you are full technical & having some experience of
site then no one can replace you.
2. Doesn't bored while designing- Because lots of varieties of structures.
3. Subject already learned in Diploma/Engineering, then same steps we have
follow while designing.
4. If we are trained to handling level of complications then level of salary also
increasing as well as Promotion may takes placed in minimum duration.
5. Others design done by some reference book like Ramamrutham, Shah &
Karve, Tata Mc Growhill etc.
 For Self Employement:-
1. All previous contents
2. “0” investment- Only Desktop/Laptop required
3. Contact to nearest Builders, Architects & Friends & Specially Make a good
relationship in your home town
