This document shows the Libor interest rates for different terms (1 month, 2 months, etc.) from 2008 to 2017. The Libor rates peaked in 2008 and have generally trended downward since then, with the 1 month rate at 1.11420% in 2017, down significantly from over 2.5% in 2008. The source of the data is the ICE Benchmark Administration Limited.
