Main area of responsibilities:

 Responsible for quality and punctuality for own deliveries, based on plans, procedures and routines
established in the project.
 Contribute to update of procedures and ‘job notes’ in the discipline.
 Responsibility in the project will be defined in each individual project.
 Follow up on the delivery quality from predecessors, this in consultation with the project discipline
manager.
 Ensure right quality on job notes, project plans and that they are according to project requirements. This
in consultation with the project discipline manager.
 Perform design and 3D-modelling of permanent and temporary structures.
 Seek solutions that satisfy requirement and specifications, which are optimal in respect of weight,
fabrication friendly design, cost and which are according to the project construction method.
 Perform detailing of the 3D-model for production of shop drawings, adding welding information, method
information and other relevant data for fabrication. Collect information for cutting of steel and other
relevant data and input into the technical register.
 Produce design and shop drawings according to current guidelines, ‘job notes’, procedures and
standards.
 Establish and update the technical register and shared folders.
 Follow up the DCN’s so that these are implemented in the work packages.
 Technical support during the construction phase.
 Participate in the preparation of tenders.
