Switch presionado = ON = 3.3V = High

Switch no presionado = OFF = GND = Low
No debouncing circuitry

Rotary Push-Button
Produce tres salidas: Dos del shaft encoder ROT_A y ROT_B y la del push-button switch del centro
es ROT_CENTER. Tiene dos funciones diferentes, cuando el switch gira cambiando los valores de
salida y al presionar el switch actua como push-button.

LEDs
Conectados a pines del FPGA, un valor high enciende el LED.
